Thank You — Your Intro Call Is Booked

I'm so glad you said yes to yourself. This is a simple, gentle first step, and I'm truly looking forward to connecting with you.

Josie Fares

A Warm Note From Josie

Hi there, and welcome! Booking this call tells me something beautiful about you: you're curious, you're listening to that quiet inner nudge, and you're ready to explore what wellness can look like when we consider the whole you: mind, body, emotions, energy, and soul.

Our Intro Call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. There's nothing you need to have figured out ahead of time. We'll simply talk about where you are, what you're feeling drawn to, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

With warmth and gratitude,
Josie Fares

3

We Connect

We'll chat about your goals and what you're curious about, and I'll share which paths might support you best. No pressure, just a genuine conversation.

A Gentle Invitation Before We Talk

If you'd like, take a few quiet moments before our call to reflect. Think of it like tuning an instrument before playing: a little awareness helps us hear what matters most.

✦  What's been asking for your attention lately: in your body, emotions, or spirit?

✦  What would feeling more balanced and aligned look like for you?

✦  Is there anything you've been curious to explore, like QHHT, the Akashic Records, or frequency wellness?

Questions Before Our Call?

I'm here for you. If you need to reschedule or have a question, simply reply to your confirmation email or reach out directly.
