I’m Josie Fares, founder of a quantum healing center in Glendora, California. For more than 26 years, I’ve helped people look beyond the surface and reconnect with who they truly are.

My Story

It started with the skin… and led me to the soul

My journey began long before I ever became an esthetician.
Growing up in Beirut during the war, I experienced things that shaped me in ways I wouldn't fully understand until much later. Like so many of us, I learned to carry certain emotions, keep moving forward, and not always question how those experiences might be affecting me.
As a teenager, I struggled with severe acne. I remember experimenting with homemade masks using herbs and fruit, facial steams, and anything natural I could find to help my skin. Looking back, I can see that my curiosity about healing had already begun.

That curiosity eventually became a career in skincare. But life had so much more to teach me.
Through my own challenges, including struggles with fertility and loss, I began exploring holistic health, nutrition, and the connection between our emotional and physical well-being. I started asking questions I hadn't considered before.

How much do our experiences shape us? What beliefs have we carried since childhood? And what happens when we begin paying attention to the parts of ourselves we've spent years ignoring?
My search eventually led me into the study of consciousness, quantum hypnosis, energy work, and the teachings of Dolores Cannon. It opened an entirely new world of possibilities and deepened my desire to understand ourselves beyond the physical.

Today, I bring all these experiences together in my work.
I don't believe I'm here to heal anyone for them. I believe we're all capable of discovering our own inner wisdom, and sometimes we simply need a little guidance, support, and a safe space to explore.
That's what I hope to offer through Beyond Wellness & Beauty.

My training spans skincare, nutrition, hypnosis, energy work, and frequency wellness, and I’m still a student, currently continuing my studies in Natural Medicine.
