Why I share these stories

What I love most about the work I do isn't just the results. It's the conversations, the moments of clarity, and seeing someone begin to understand themselves on a deeper level. Sometimes all it takes is a new perspective to remind us how much wisdom we already carry within us.

I think of these reflections like light through a window. They don't tell you exactly what your experience will be, but they give you a glimpse of what's possible when you give yourself space to explore mind, body, soul and energy together.

Every journey is personal and experiences vary. My sessions are meant to support your well-being and self-discovery, not replace care from your medical provider.
