Hi, I'm Josie Fares. My journey into wellness began with skincare, but over time, my curiosity led me to explore something much deeper: the connection between our physical well-being, emotions, beliefs, and inner world.
Today, I bring together holistic wellness, energy work, and spiritual exploration to create a space where you can slow down, ask questions, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe we all carry an incredible capacity for growth and healing. My role is to offer guidance, support, and tools that help you discover what feels right for you.
